Tilth consultancy has been created out of a love of witnessing charities, both those I have worked in and those I have come across, transform the lives of people who are not currently able to flourish in life due to their circumstances.

I have 25 years of experience working in the charity sector, working with incredible young people around the world and amazing communities that have lifted themselves out of poverty and transformed the lives of others around them. I am incredibly grateful for the opportunities I have to work with such incredible people and organisations.

Being born and bred in Devon I have the privilege of witnessing the beauty of the countryside. As I have been learning to grow my own vegetables and plant my garden I understand the importance of breaking up the ground, removing stones and weeds, adding nourishment, ensuring moisture and providing space. As I work, this process is at the forefront of my mind in all I do, both in my own personal life and through my work. My intention is to ensure I help charities to create the right soil for excellent growth.
